A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payroll. Key Responsibilities Process nationwide bi-weekly payroll and handle payroll transactions accurately and timely Maintain effective communication with Human Resources to ensure accuracy of employee data Generate reports on taxes, employee withholdings, and assist in compliance with payroll-related regulations Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of multi-state payroll processing experience Demonstrated working knowledge of payroll practices and relevant laws Associate degree or equivalent work experience required Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
