Senior People Data Scientist
A company is looking for a Senior People Data Scientist.
Key Responsibilities
Apply subject matter expertise in employee experience and quantitative analysis to drive survey program design, implementation, and reporting
Analyze and evaluate employee engagement and lifecycle survey programs to support engagement and wellbeing initiatives
Communicate research insights and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring ethical practices in data management and reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, HR/Business Analytics, or a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 2 years of experience
Professional experience in data science and analytics, particularly in evidence-based employee engagement and wellbeing programs
Experience in designing, implementing, analyzing, and evaluating employee engagement and lifecycle survey programs
Demonstrated expertise in advanced statistical analysis techniques such as regression, longitudinal analysis, and factor analysis
Experience using statistical packages such as R, Q/Displayr, or SPSS
