Senior Regulatory Policy Manager

A company is looking for a Policy Senior Manager to support regulatory policy development and communication. Key Responsibilities: Promotes internal awareness of regulatory policy activities and coordinates communications across functions Prepares presentations and communications to align positions and strategies across the organization Investigates policy research questions and analyzes regulatory documents to inform strategies Required Qualifications: Doctorate degree or 2 years of regulatory experience; OR Master's degree and 4 years of related experience; OR Bachelor's degree and 6 years of regulatory experience; OR Associate's degree and 10 years of regulatory experience; OR High school diploma/GED and 12 years of regulatory experience Preferred: Doctorate or Master's degree in a scientific area with 6 years of regulatory policy experience In-depth regulatory experience in the U.S. and knowledge of U.S. legislation and regulations Strong team player with a track record of collaboration across functional areas Excellent organizational and project management skills
