CX Engagement Specialist
A company is looking for a CX Engagement Specialist to enhance client engagement and optimize the client journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement strategies to increase product adoption and enhance user experience
Analyze client interactions to improve onboarding and overall lifecycle experience
Leverage data insights to assess engagement trends and provide actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications:
Understanding of HTML and CSS
2+ years of experience managing business systems such as Pendo, Gainsight, or Vonage
Experience with system integrations and knowledge of automation tools
Experience in customer engagement, product adoption, or digital strategy
Ability to work cross-functionally and support non-technical users
