A company is looking for a Senior Reporting Business Analyst - Clinical. Key Responsibilities Assess customer analytic needs and provide guidance on appropriate analytic solutions Create and validate reports, dashboards, and analytics for operational stakeholders using Epic BI tools Mentor junior analysts and document standards and best practices for report development Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of six years of experience with BI and analytic reporting software, including two years in EPIC Reporting Workbench Epic Cogito fundamentals and related certifications required within 12 months of hire Strong SQL skills and knowledge of data warehouse concepts Experience in understanding end-user workflows and gathering reporting requirements
