Senior OPEX Manager

A company is looking for a Senior OPEX Manager responsible for leading operational excellence initiatives. Key Responsibilities Define initiative scope, identify stakeholders, and manage initiatives within the region Lead cross-functional teams through the improvement process, tracking progress and implementing best practices Facilitate opportunity ideation sessions and partner with governance teams for risk vs. benefit analysis Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred) Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Minimum 7 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing in a consumer product or chemical manufacturing environment Experience in Total Predictive Maintenance (TPM) or similar methodologies Previous experience as a First Line Leader or People Manager
