A company is looking for a Sr. Retention Specialist to oversee a team of Customer Retention Call Center Representatives in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and appraise the performance of Customer Retention Call Center Representatives Handle escalated customer calls and act as a liaison for customer complaint resolution Conduct performance reviews and maintain a positive work atmosphere for the team Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred At least 2 years of combined supervisory and retention experience Experience in life and/or health insurance preferred Advanced PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office products Ability to maintain confidentiality and make independent decisions
