A company is looking for a Senior Sales Director - Organizational Health Index & Strategic Accounts. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth and execute the sales strategy for the Organizational Health Index (OHI) Manage and expand relationships with existing strategic accounts Develop and implement a targeted go-to-market strategy for OHI Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS, Employee Experience, or business transformation industries Strong experience in Organizational Health Index and/or Employee Experience is preferred Proven track record in strategic sales and new business development Experience working with large global consulting firms Familiarity with CRM systems and SaaS sales best practices
