Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for all inbound phone calls, assisting clients with tech issues
Lead daily team meetings to align priorities and goals
Monitor performance metrics related to tickets, sales, and client interactions
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in tech support and troubleshooting
3-5 years of experience in customer service and sales
3-5 years of experience in leadership and team management
Experience in handling high volumes of inbound calls
Preferred experience in remote work environments
