Senior Total Loss Customer Care Specialist
A company is looking for a Senior Total Loss Customer Care Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Review new file assignments and determine effective handling procedures for title document acquisition
Handle telephone inquiries regarding claim status and provide vehicle owners with necessary information for the title procurement process
Document files, manage service recovery efforts, and assist with onboarding and training of peers
Required Qualifications
4 or more years of prior auto insurance claims handling experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
Experience handling vehicle titles and state-specific documents preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office software suites (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Ability to work in a fast service-oriented environment and manage confidential information
