Key Responsibilities
Direct and manage the new hire onboarding function to ensure scalability and alignment with company goals
Lead a team focused on coaching, development, and performance of new sales associates during their initial tenure
Oversee quality assurance efforts and drive employee engagement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
Required Qualifications and Education
12+ years of experience in a leadership role within a high-volume sales or customer service organization
4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience managing high-volume call centers
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively
Strong understanding of complex business dynamics and performance metrics
