Service Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for renewal-related queries from customers and internal teams
Collaborate with various teams to ensure proper onboarding and management of customer accounts
Prepare reports, cost estimates, and handle customer communications and invoicing
Required Qualifications
A minimum of six (6) years of customer service and account management experience in the IP industry
Strong project management skills with proficiency in time management and organization
Experience in handling customer data and ensuring compliance with policies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to train team members and assist in project completion
