Service Delivery Manager
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee commercial engagements and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage customer expectations and ensure high satisfaction levels Coordinate communication and partnerships with project stakeholders regarding delivery and risks Track project P&L and organize project kickoff and post-mortem meetings Required Qualifications 7+ years of relevant experience in service delivery and project management Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor others Demonstrated customer-centric focus and experience Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies PSM or CSM certification is a plus; PMP or Prince2 certifications are also advantageous
