Service Manager
A company is looking for a Service Manager to oversee customer relationships and project management within their Workday Post-Production/AMS Services Team. Key Responsibilities Manage financial and legal aspects of customer contracts, including invoicing and compliance Establish governance and reporting aligned with AMS processes and maintain relationships with customers and consultants Utilize ServiceNow for project management and ensure timely delivery and adherence to project hygiene standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business or technology Ability to travel as required 2 years of related professional experience Experience in HR or Financials software implementation or post-production support Workday PM Certification and experience with contracts and billing are desirable
