Key Responsibilities Deliver solutions involving all aspects of service delivery including ITIL modules Maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles Design and develop solutions leveraging ITSM modules using configuration and custom JavaScript Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Administration and Development 3+ years of experience with ITSM module Experience with other modules such as ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, and GRC Strong experience with JavaScript ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) is required
