Smart Building Performance Manager
A company is looking for a Smart Building Performance Manager. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Smart Building OT platform, ensuring proper system configuration and troubleshooting issues Support building performance by analyzing data trends and collaborating with site teams on operational improvements Coordinate with teams on energy management and facility operations to enhance data-driven decision-making Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering or a similar technical degree Experience in building systems design, commissioning, and optimization, preferably HVAC-related Strong knowledge of large commercial HVAC systems and their automation Ability to analyze building data to identify performance deficiencies and develop remediation plans Strong empirical analysis skills and the ability to quickly process and understand data
