A company is looking for a Financial Forecasting Registered Nurse I to perform clinical investigations and support cost containment efforts. Key Responsibilities Conducts clinical investigations of potential high-cost claimants and performs Excess Loss Medical Assessments Provides formal reporting and clinical summaries to underwriting, actuarial, and external customers Identifies and refers cases for appropriate care management and provides educational assistance for further research Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Associates degree in a job-related field or a graduate of an accredited school of nursing 6 years of clinical experience or 4 years with a bachelor's degree in nursing Active, unrestricted RN licensure in the state of hire or compact multistate RN license Familiarity with the continuum of care and costly episodes in the healthcare system Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
