Key Responsibilities

Manage annual benefits renewals, program enhancements, and vendor transitions

Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of international benefits experience with multi-national companies
Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
Experience with HRIS/Benefits Systems
Strong analytical skills in benefits management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
