South Carolina Licensed Outpatient CDI Manager

A company is looking for an Outpatient CDI Program Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead and direct outpatient clinical documentation improvement (CDI) and HCC risk adjustment initiatives Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality and compliance of clinical documentation Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to support the outpatient CDI program across the ambulatory care system Required Qualifications 4 years of outpatient CDI experience, including 2 years of leadership experience in outpatient CDI risk adjustment 5 years of outpatient CDI/HCC risk adjustment experience preferred Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in South Carolina or a jurisdiction with the nurse licensure compact Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist - Outpatient (CCDS-O) or other relevant coding certifications Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred
