Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inbound phone inquiries and offering solutions at first contact
Process a variety of financial transactions accurately while adhering to bank policies and procedures

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of customer service experience or prior experience in retail, banking, or contact center preferred
Ability to assist customers in both Spanish and English
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Proficient in using technology and software applications related to the role
