Key Responsibilities Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts for clients Prepare and ensure accuracy of financial reports Communicate professionally with clients regarding bookkeeping matters Required Qualifications Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial control work Experience with QuickBooks Online; knowledge of Gusto and law firm case management systems is a plus Experience recording payroll journal entries Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy Familiarity with legal three-way trust reconciliation is a bonus
