A company is looking for a Subrogation Attorney. Key Responsibilities Provide legal counsel to support subrogation and reimbursement recovery operations Analyze legal doctrines and statutes to guide healthcare subrogation matters Negotiate settlements and manage a caseload of healthcare subrogation claims Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a licensed attorney with a J.D. from an accredited law school Experience with personal injury matters, litigation, and/or healthcare lien subrogation Licensed to practice law in at least one state Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work to meet deadlines Experience in overseeing outside counsel when litigation is necessary
