A company is looking for a Sr. Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist, Supervisor to join their team remotely. Key Responsibilities: Adjudicate claims, investigate, and negotiate settlements while monitoring and documenting claim files Coach team members, conduct performance reviews, and manage staffing and training processes Analyze performance data, facilitate team meetings, and mediate between insured and insurance companies Required Qualifications: Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred, with technical designations encouraged (AIC, CPCU) Experience: 5+ years in adjusting property and casualty claims, including litigated claims, with prior supervisory experience preferred Licensing: Active state-specific Workers Compensation License required or ability to acquire within three months of hire Skills: Extensive knowledge of General and Auto Liability or Workers Compensation coverages and claims processing procedures Technical Competencies: Strong grasp of claims principles and practices, with a focus on compliance and client experience
