A company is looking for a Structural Civil Engineer responsible for risk management and technical underwriting of structural warranty enrollments. Key Responsibilities Review geotechnical investigation and forensic distress inventory reports, summarizing key findings Conduct foundation tilt and deflection analysis, and write technical coverage reports on structural distress findings Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and conduct occasional residential inspections Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university 5+ years of professional experience in structural engineering Technical knowledge of construction materials and understanding of underwriting and risk management practices Proficiency in construction codes, technical standards, and regulations is preferred Experience with Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel applications
