A company is looking for a Student Engagement Specialist II who will develop and deliver student engagement programs. Key Responsibilities Develop, plan, and deliver outreach programs focused on student membership retention Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and impact Support the future staffing needs of employers in alignment with strategic initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in management, education, organizational behavior, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred 5 or more years of experience in an academic setting in administration or program leadership Extensive knowledge of student and academic culture in higher education Experience in not-for-profit organizations and global expertise beneficial Proven experience in multi-cultural or multi-lingual environments; international experience and multiple languages desirable
