A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Account Representative III - Surgical Coder. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and support for coding and health information management operations within the revenue cycle Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues related to accounts receivable and cash flow Maximize patient experience and revenue through strategic re-engineering of revenue processes Required Qualifications Five or more years of relevant experience preferred; Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or management desirable Health Care Certification (e.g., CHAM, CHAA, FHFMA) is a plus Extensive knowledge of professional fee revenue cycle or healthcare finance/operations preferred Experience with payors, providers, and hospitals is preferred Previous healthcare experience in revenue cycle operations and HIM preferred
