Technical Support Consultant
A company is looking for a L2 Technical Support Consultant (Brazil).
Key Responsibilities
Provide 2nd line application technical support for customers
Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues, offering effective solutions
Document common support cases and collaborate with the development team on error troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher)
1+ years of experience in tech support for software applications or products
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceDesk
Basic knowledge of HTTP protocol and REST API
Degree in computer science or information technology is a plus
