Technology Operations Specialist
A company is looking for a Technology Operations Specialist II to join its Technology team.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues beyond Tier 1 and 2 support
Design, configure, and implement workflows and systems to optimize processes across the organization
Lead change management efforts to ensure user adoption of new technologies and systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
3+ years in a technical implementation, support, or systems engineering role
Experience with Service Desk ticketing platforms such as Jira Service Management or Zendesk
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or data collection tools like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
Comfort with project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Planner
