Key Responsibilities Oversee the pre-suit claims process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication Review complex bodily injury claims to assess liability, coverage, and damages Analyze claims data to identify trends and present reports to management Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years handling and/or supervising Texas Bodily Injury Claims Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) or AIC certification is a strong plus Active Adjusters License Extensive knowledge of claims operations, particularly in the BI/UM market
