A company is looking for a Coding Supervisor (Evaluation & Management) - FT - Days. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure success of CRD initiatives Provide staff support and training while monitoring workload volumes to meet department KPIs Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations and assist in developing performance goals Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or HIM related field required, or equivalent experience 3 years of coding and billing experience required with a Bachelor's Degree; 5 years with an Associate's Degree; or 7 years with a High School Diploma 2 years of team management experience preferred Certification as a CPC or CCS-P required upon hire Advanced coding or billing credentials preferred upon hire
