Texas Licensed Product Support Analyst
A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst 2 to lead testing and support initiatives for enterprise education systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans and coordinate with stakeholders
Conduct post-deployment checks and monitor production issues for system stability
Analyze and resolve complex customer support tickets and document resolutions
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in testing methodologies and tools, including UAT processes
Proficiency in QA tools such as SQL, JIRA, and Postman
Knowledge of education data standards and system architectures
Experience in handling escalated support tickets in technical support roles
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality standards
