Key Responsibilities Analyze claim information and develop investigative action plans Conduct investigative actions, including interviews and obtaining relevant documents Coordinate communications with relevant parties and manage client relations Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience managing claims investigations, including auto and property casualty 2+ years of experience within an insurance carrier or third-party administrator's SIU department (preferred)
