A company is looking for a Title & Curative Associate. Key Responsibilities Clear curative matters that may hinder transaction closings using internal and external systems Review title defects, chains of title, and coordinate with the closing department for proper payoffs Assist in the review of complex files and communicate with internal and external parties as needed Required Qualifications 3+ years of title and escrow experience with a proven track record Proficient in various computer programs and able to navigate educational resources Open to process changes and continuous system updates Bonus: Experience processing files in ResWare and possession of title and/or escrow licenses
