Travel Counselor
A company is looking for a Travel Counselor - Part Time. Key Responsibilities Provide professional assistance for incoming customer telephone calls for service and sales Update and maintain reservation information in accordance with company guidelines Assume responsibilities for other projects as assigned Required Qualifications Minimum two years in a customer service environment Computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook International travel experience (outside of North America) preferred Call/contact center experience is a plus Must be available to work daily Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m
