Travel Reimbursement Specialist
A company is looking for a Travel Reimbursement Specialist. Key Responsibilities Review, QC, and approve reimbursements submitted by patients/caregivers within a 72-96 hour window Onboard new patients/caregivers into internal platforms and issue RealTime cards as needed Monitor and process US and outside of US reimbursement requests while ensuring compliance with guidelines Required Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in a customer-service based role Knowledge of clinical trials and the clinical trial process is preferred Strong customer service skills Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively Ability to handle multi-faceted projects
