Key Responsibilities Oversee US payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations Lead client onboarding for payroll services, including system configuration and go-live support Monitor changes in payroll legislation and drive continuous improvement initiatives for payroll processes Required Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in US payroll, preferably in a BPO or multi-client environment In-depth knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulatory compliance Experience in client-facing roles with strong implementation and onboarding capabilities Strong experience with payroll systems configuration is a plus Advanced Excel skills and strong numerical aptitude
