A company is looking for a Vice President of Institutional Business Development in the Retirement Industry. Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate institutional prospects to generate new sales revenue Develop and execute strategic plans to capitalize on potential opportunities Collaborate with the institutional marketing team and lead responses to RFPs Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum 10 years of experience in the retirement plan industry Proven successful sales experience in retirement plan recordkeeping and administrative services Strong, in-depth knowledge of ERISA and retirement plans Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, unsupervised environment
