Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the end-to-end monetization strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities
Develop scalable packaging frameworks and optimize monetization models to support upsell, cross-sell, and retention
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing and packaging strategies
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in pricing, packaging, or monetization strategy, particularly in SaaS or recurring revenue models
Proven ability to drive successful monetization strategies with measurable impact
Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing models, and buyer psychology
Experience developing go-to-market strategies in partnership with product marketing and revenue teams
