Vice President of Success Management
A company is looking for a Vice President of Success Management to lead their Success Management team and drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Success Management team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Define key performance indicators and implement strategies to maximize customer retention and satisfaction
Build relationships with key customers and serve as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; master's degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer success management, with experience leading large remote teams
Deep understanding of the education industry and customer success factors in this space
Experience with professional learning and the Science of Reading is strongly preferred
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and improvement
