Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and adjust the HR Systems enhancements roadmap
Manage the development, implementation, and operation of HR Systems applications and People Analytics
Lead and oversee HR Systems Analysts to ensure high performance and effective user adoption of new systems
Required Qualifications
5+ years of HR Systems experience, including system configuration and implementation
1+ years of management experience
Strong analytical and technical skills with experience in HR data analysis
Bachelor's degree
Working knowledge of Dayforce
