Virginia Licensed Human Resources Director
A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of all Human Resources functions
Provide strategic counsel to executives and managers on complex HR matters and support local departments
Manage the division's legislative, budgetary, operational, and strategic planning processes
Required Qualifications
Considerable experience in executive-level Human Resources consulting and organizational development
Extensive experience in HR with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership roles
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing HR strategy and policy
Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resource Management principles and relevant laws
Professional Human Resources certifications such as SHRM-CP or HRCI PHR preferred
