A company is looking for a Call Center Collections Specialist to provide phone service while collecting payments for medical expenses. Key Responsibilities Place and receive calls to/from patients to collect payments and negotiate repayment terms Collect and document demographic and insurance information, using internal technology platforms to resolve patient inquiries Educate patients on the healthcare revenue cycle and follow compliance processes and procedures Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required 1+ year(s) of experience in a customer service capacity preferred 1+ year(s) of experience contributing to a team culture of learning and growth preferred Basic understanding of contact center processes and techniques preferred Exposure to the collections industry and healthcare revenue cycle preferred
