Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a warranty processing system to maximize recovery and eliminate inefficiencies Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Replacement Warranty System, providing business process expertise Manage training, system documentation, and access for users while overseeing multiple supplier configuration projects Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or 10 years of Systems Support and Development experience Ten or more years of experience in System Implementations or Replacements Experience managing system training and documentation Ability to coordinate and validate deliverables from IT and software suppliers Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
