A company is looking for an RN Call Assist to provide telephone triage assessments to Primary Care patients remotely. Key Responsibilities Provide health advice and referrals to consumers via telephone using clinical expertise and approved protocols Document calls and inquiries in a timely manner according to department standards Ensure performance standards are met while delivering superior customer service to internal and external customers Required Qualifications Unrestricted WA State or Compact RN license 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting (Med/Surg, critical care, ER, etc.) Experience in disease management, home health, discharge planning, or telephonic nursing Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Willingness to master new work routines and methods
