A company is looking for a WFM Support Consultant. Key Responsibilities: Provide client-side support for ADP WorkForceManager, addressing functionality gaps for users Review pay rule setups for unions Manage system ticket requests and facilitate collaborative communications to support client objectives Required Qualifications: Experience with ADP Workforce Manager Knowledge of WFM pay rule configuration for unions Familiarity with Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) methodology Experience in WFM system ticket management
