Workday HR Systems Analyst
A company is looking for an HR Systems Analyst - Workday (Security or Absence).
Key Responsibilities
Analyze work processes and improve efficiency through technological capabilities
Design and implement security frameworks or absence management configurations in Workday
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure compliance and integrity of systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Security or configuring Workday Absence Management
In-depth knowledge of Workday security frameworks or absence management configurations
Experience with security audits and compliance with SOX controls
Workday Pro Security certification or Workday Absence Pro certification is highly preferred
