Academic Transfer Specialist

A company is looking for an Academic Transfer Specialist responsible for evaluating courses taken at other institutions to fulfill degree requirements. Key Responsibilities Utilizes TES evaluation system and other resources to complete transfer credit evaluations Accurately verifies school accreditation and processes received transcripts confidentially Works independently and collaboratively to complete departmental projects and tasks Required Qualifications Minimum of an Associate's degree from an accredited college or university; Baccalaureate degree preferred Preferred experience in higher education, particularly in records management or academic services Equivalent combination of related work and educational experience is acceptable One to three years of experience at an accredited institution of higher learning is preferred Knowledge of credit transfer policies and practices in higher education
