Account Manager - Merchant Accounts

A company is looking for an Account Manager - Merchant Accounts. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of restaurant accounts, optimizing their performance and enhancing menu pages Conduct regular check-ins with restaurant partners to gather feedback and assess satisfaction Maintain accurate records of client interactions and assist in addressing inquiries or concerns Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, along with a High School degree/GED 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably with restaurant owners or in a restaurant environment Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or Spanish is preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and Google products; experience with CRM software is a plus
