Execute a best-in-class post-sale experience for customers from onboarding to renewal
Drive customer success outcomes and product value delivery
Manage customer success activities including onboarding, maintenance, training, and renewals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in an Account Management role in a B2B tech environment
Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS design capabilities
Experience with web commerce and web/mobile applications
Strong knowledge of usability principles and universal design techniques
