A company is looking for an Accountant I in the Pediatrics department. Key Responsibilities Review and approve department requests through PeopleSoft and Portal Manage a OneCard and reconcile transactions for the department Prepare and distribute various financial reports and assist with accounting data analysis Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with no experience, or an Associate's Degree with 2 years of accounting experience, or a High School Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience Experience in governmental and/or commercial accounting or auditing is preferred Ability to assist with the development and implementation of accounting procedures Familiarity with financial reporting and ledger management Experience with processing expense requests and reconciling financial transactions
